After the payment the seller decided not to send the item, based solely on thefact I was new to Etsy, she mentioned some imaginary risks, and I say imaginary because I had payed with paypal. n nIf she does not trsut paypal (the safest method for electronic purchases by far) then she should not write otherwise in her ads. My best guess is that she did not even had the item.
